Help tiles won't work

Hi all

i am having a problem when i click on tiles they are not opening or responding. Can someone please help me with this

I had the same problem when I upgraded from windows 7 to windows 8 after a bit of searching I found out that by uninstalling my anti virus program and then reinstalling it the tiles work...just a quirky thing with windows 8...try it for your self it should work....

I have AVG Internet security 2013 and I have the same issue. I'll try uninstalling.

as a follow up, that seemed to have worked for a bit.. Now occasionally (it's really annoying) they won't open, and when it happens the windows key won't work. There has to be incompatibilities somewhere. What video card do you have?
