Apps like MagicJack from one user stop working in another in Win8 Pro

In Win7 (Home Edition), I used to login to admin account and start an application (say Magicjack VOIP for instance). As long as the admin account was signed in Magicjack worked no matter which user logged in. When I upgraded to Win8 Pro, Magicjack only works when my account (admin) is active. When other users log in and my account is signed in but inactive, Magicjack stops working.

Can anyone help me to set Win8 up such that my applications will work as long as I am signed in and other users log in?

Help!!!
