How do you find "All Programs" in Win 8? I am stuck at the desktop.

Open the Start Menu and right click in any open space. You then may click on the circle in the corner that reads all apps.

In desktop mode you can't - welcome to Windows8.

You could always just press Win+Q to bring up the search charm - it defaults to "Apps", which shows the applications (desktop or otherwise) installed on the machine.
