Eightforums and Sevenforums are both related,but why can't I login using my Eightforums account? Any reasons

If you need both eight and seven Forums -- yes, you have to register in both forums. Also, if/when you ever need tenforums, you have to register in that forum as well. z3's correct, all such forums are independent.
