I don't know if this is the correct place to ask this, but my question is. Why doesn't Eight's forum high light and change color to green when you have read a post like the Seven's forum?

I got an e-mail that said my2cents replied to my post, but there is nothing there. Someone moved my post to the Chillout room.

When I look at a post on Eight forum and go back to the list, there is no difference. When I look at a post on the Seven and go back to the list, It is green and not bold. This makes it easer to find your place. I hope this makes sense.

Ah, ok. What you are seeing is for when you have the pointer over a URL link instead.

At EF, it turns red. At SF it turns that green/cyan type color.

No. It's not when I put my cursor over it. It stays green until I click on the next one in Seven.

Same thing basically. If you clicked on a link, then it'll stay the highlighted color until you click on something else on the page. This is to help let you know what you clicked on.

It doesn't always do this at EF though.

That's why I wanted it.

Thanks Brink. It has never done that in EF for me. I wish that it would. I went back and checked my settings in seven. They are the same.

Erm the green at SF if the hover color and shouldn't stick, when a thread is read it unbolds as shown in post 2.

What browser are you using it by be some browser specific behavior that I'm not used to seeing because I'm really not sure what you mean.

I'm using IE 11 in desktop mode. It does not unbold when read. I don't know any other way to explain it.
