Hi - i'm new to Win 8 - not totally 'drowning' but do gulp for air lots of times trying to understand it all. (formerly XP).
I've posted in several areas at these forums and so appreciate all the help and while I want to be polite and thank all who reply( to my question) is it necessary for me to reply to each 'helper' especially if the reply/comment is only an 'opinion' (and not 'instructional) ? Thanks to all who reply ! Edythe
If someone has really helped to solve your problems, you could give them a reputation point by clicking on the tiny thumbs up icon at the bottom left of their post.
It's not required to thank everyone.
You could just say something like, "Thanks to all who helped." , in your last post in the thread.
