    It isn't prominent and your categorisation of people as blind and looking for something to complain about makes you sound like an arrogant prick. The instruction to apply folder views says click the organisation tab, but its greyed out. Why? That's the point of the question.

    Windows 8 - Blank Screen After Install! Help

    Same here Hp pavilion dv6, win 8 installed fine ran for about 10 minutes then screen went black, hear sounds of startup etc. putting win 7 back till the graphics problems are sorted
