Under control panel there is an application entitled "Recovery". I wanted to create a recovery drive on my USB memory stick. I did, and then tried to reboot from it just to see if it would work in case I needed it. It wouldn't boot. What am I doing wrong?

My router is connected to my ISP's URL. It then translates the IP addresses in 192.168.1.100 and 192.168.1.101 for my two computers on my home network. Everything was O.K. until I went in and tried to give access to my grandson. I wish I had never done that. How can I reset my router?

I was trying to log into a work from home website. They had specified that I use Internet Explorer but I couldn't log in until I had added that website to IE's compatibility view setting. Then it worked O.K. My question is, WHY????

I am taking a math course which requires access to a calculator but when I bring up the Windows calculator I have to start it from the search icon which brings up a very nice full screen calculator. I would prefer the older desktop version which I could window to and back..... Any suggestions...

Must Join homegroup, first! One solution is to join the homegroup of the computer you wish to connect to the printer to.

When I tried to add the printer the dialogue shows the printer I want to connect to. Then says that I need to download the HP drivers to my computer. When I say yes a message comes up that says I can't connect to the printer with an error code of 0x000003e3. Would someone help me with this...
