Great Idea --- I went to the ADD / REMOVE Programs and located TWO "unused" Anti-Virus trial versions a TRIAL version of WIN-ZIP ADOBE Acrobat Reader ... I use "FOX-IT Reader" & Lots of other unnecessary TRIAL-WARE Removed a lot of crap ... which got rid of the constant "NAGGING" too ;)...

Well ... that being said ... every (EVERY) other ASUS driver works "perfectly" ... the VIDEO / AUDIO / NETWORK / there is NOTHING that doesn't "WORK" perfectly (except the USB Ports) ... And ASUS insists that there is (of course) nothing WRONG with their MOTHERBOARD ... $$$$$ spent ... two...

Yup - That's the case ... the OPERATING System ( in the instance WINDOWS-8.1 64 bit) was recognized & works perfectly in ALL & EVERY Respect ... except for the USB ports are useless ... and THESE daze --- USB is everything ! So ... just trying to SCOUR / REMOVE all the OLD unused OEM drivers...
