Endeavor - Thank you so much for finding the solution to my problem. I followed your screenshots, and the program is now working correctly.

My WinMail is working perfectly on Windows 10. I also use MailWasher because it works very well for me blocking spam. On the MailWasher toolbar there's an area to click to open WinMail from inside the program. It doesn't work though, and I get an error message. It's not really a big deal, but...
