Hi, I am factorey resetting my PC due to a virus. It is 98% complete and a message has appeared saying "there is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\HarddiskVolume1" it gives me the option to cancel, try again, or continue however, the mouse doesn't work in this process...
