yes i can delete stuff on the another computer with the same usb stick

I tried with NTFS and fat32 format. But still having the same problem. I use back the same usb on another pc but does not have this problem

Cannot delete files in any pendrive or flash drive. Desktop file can delete. When i try to right click the file or folder in the flash drive or pendrive it does' have option to delete. I have tried other pc with same pendrive or flash drive and have no problem.
