I've already searched the registry and it does not show any of the old networks. I'm not trying to change the adapter name. Just the name of the network I'm connecting to. This used to be stored in the registry with Windows Vista & 7 and you were able to change it in the Network connection...

I've had to replace my ISP router now and now Windows 8 preview is showing I'm connected to Network 3. How can I rename this and delete the previous networks? Thanks.
