I have Win 8.1 system and considering using Files History because I cannot get my Win 8.1 to boot from a CD. If my Win 8 system fails and I don't want to repair it but want to go to Win 10, can I access my Files History on external drive connected to my Win 10? Thank you for your help, Ken
