No I meant if there's a way to know it through my laptop settings cause there's a problem in the laptop's wifi so I thought it could be fixed by installing a new version of windows and I can't write my laptop specs manually

Hello, can anybody help me with this problem I am trying to install windows 8.1 on my laptop and I can't find the installation hotkey after I inserted the CD and restarted my Laptop and there is no any instruction on the startup screen (for example F2) like any other computer

My Laptop's WiFi won't work after it fell Hello, my laptop fell on the ground and the screen frame was broked a little bit and there was one wire that have cutted out but everything was working fine except the wifi so I wanted to ask could it be from the fell but sorry I can't write my computer...
