    Hi, I have a solution that worked for me when i had this problem (I also had a western digital external hdd). Anyway to fix this Take Ownership Shortcut - Windows 7 Help Forums (yes it is windows 7 forms but it works). Follow the tutorial on the website. Hope it works :)

    When i try to open this setup file, it gives me this error "A required privilege is not held by the client" I have full administrator right on my pc. Would upgrading to windows 10 fix this? - Windows 8.1 - 64Bit OS - HP Laptop I have had this error in the past and had to do a system restore...
