The PSU and all power cables are new, How would I test them?

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations,

Still nothing, Even when trying to run powercfg /batteryreport gives the same error.

Double checked, everything is correct, still same error. Side Note: I can run energy report no problem.

Updated system info, CPU test ran for hours with no issues. Memtest passed GPU Test ran for hours also no issues. HDD test completed for my SSD but during testing the HDD the system rebooted.
