I got a message on my laptop awhile back stating if I didn't send money in all of my files would be deleted. The virus is gone but the message is still on my screen. I attached a screen shot of the message and I'd like to know how to remove the message.

I used to have a pop-up whenever I plugged in something to my audio jack that asked what type of device I just plugged in(headphones,speakers,headset,etc) , but I disabled it. How do I enable it again?
