Hi, I have Windows 8.1. And I try to set-up a wireless ad-hoc network. And stumble on blank "Set Up a Network" window. It only says "Choose the wireless router or access point you want to configure". It has to have at least 4 options. But I do not see any of them and the "Next" button is not...
