    Weird shutdown or restart.

    When i try to shutdown or restart everything works good the screen show that the windows is shutting down or restart then the monitors close as it is shutdown but the pc is still running like 10sec and then it shuts down.

    Taskbar

    How can i hide one taskbar on the main monitor and on the 2nd monitor to not be hidden? Also how can i put on both monitors the notification bar with the time also?
