Hi, windows 8.1 preinstalled on asus t100 tablet. only black screen with white arrow pointer when logon. shutdown and restart no good. ctrl alt del doesn't access task manager. arrow mouse pointer was wobbly and hard to see for last few days and windows icon not working to access start screen...
