Still get the same error =(

Hi , I´m trying to install the Windows Media Feature Pack so I go to Microsoft website and download the file: Windows6.2-KB2703761-x64 but at the end of the installation I get a msg that the Update was not installed... I try once again and get the same error Can someone help me?:(
