I recently purchased an Asus X751M laptop on eBay. When I got it turned on, it was having some startup issues. So, I went in and did the full factory reset. I have heard that this is only supposed to take 2 hrs at most...well I am 2 hours in and am only at 31%. Anyone ever heard of it taking...
