I went through some of the basics again and somewhere along the line, the PC Settings opened. I think it "may" have been resetting ownership of the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, making sure that "ALL APPLICATIONS PACKAGES" had the proper Permissions. Thanks again, Shawn, for your time and patience. Pete
