My laptop is a dell inspiron 1525.It randomly crashes also the mouse freezes so the only thing i can do is shut it down by pressing down the power button. My laptop crashes with all latest operating systems like windows 7, windows 8 rp and ubuntu 12.04. how can i fix this problem.
