Tried Zigzag's suggestions, removed a stick of ram, waiting for another crash. Hopefully its fixed.

Rebooted/restarted, multiple times...I almost wnat to do a fresh install but , I'm not sure if that would even fix it. I'm thinking it's a driver issue but i'm not knowledgable technically enough to figure it out myself. I am putting forth my best effort though.
