I have installed windows 8 release preview & I am in india but on news, sports, finance & other apps i am getting feeds from usa, how can i change my preferences to india??

i have tried sys file checker and also tried formatting the partition & re install windows, but problem remain same; i have installed bullguard antivirus (windows8 64bit) it works in background, but not scans file manually........ so do i have to switch back to windows 7??????? Here is the W8...

Task manager & internet explorer(both 9 & 10) is not working anymore. i am using windows 8 64bit. i have tried refreshing system but it won't work the problem remain same:huh: i am getting frustrated because of this problem please help guys....
