I'm currently dual-booting Windows 7 and 8.1. I initially made a separate partition for 8.1 on my secondary SSD, but now would like to combine the partitions into a single drive again. If I was to delete the partition where the OS is installed, would I be able to reinstall it with my product key?

It says my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements for the driver. Tried both Windows 8 and 8.1 64 bit, but both said the same thing. Here's my DxDiag file in case it helps.

The Intel INF installation?

The intel driver software doesn't detect any drivers that need installing.

Ok how do I switch over to integrated graphics? I enabled the intel graphics from the BIOS, but there's still no output when I plug the HDMI cable into the motherboard.

No, there's nothing there about graphics cards except for the Nvidia Control Panel.

Ah, ok. Well I just tried it now, and nothing displays when I plug the HDMI cable into the motherboard instead of the GPU.

Wouldn't that cause issues because it's not making use of my GPU properly? Besides I'm pretty certain that's not what's causing the problem, considering it works fine in Windows 7.

Updated my specs. I'm using an Nvidia card, so I used Geforce Experience to install the drivers, same as Windows 7. So it's using the same HDMI audio drivers as that OS. And I've tried without any sound enhancements, no change.

I'm running a dual boot system, with Windows 7 and 8.1, and output audio through my monitor's speakers via HDMI. With Windows 7, loudness equalization works, I don't have to constantly adjust the volume because something's suddenly too loud. But for some reason, this isn't the case in Windows 8...
