I am trying NOT to disable UEFI as I want to install Windows 8.1 with UEFI support. At the end I just gave up and installed Windows 7 with no UEFI.

It's not an upgrade. I am trying to do a clean install from a USB drive. The source file was an iso. It's a laptop, there is nothing to remove.

This tool does not make the USB drive EUFI compatible, because it formats using NTFS and not FAT32. It also doesn't use the GPT partition table, but MBR.
