I know that its usb 2.0 but windows 7 from what I can recall says 1.0. Im thinking of buying the asus bt400 usb bluetooth dongle. This is actually my dads computer (I recently gave it to him when I upgraded) am I just overthinking it?

I need a Bluetooth dongle... but it has to work with usb 1.0 (maybe 1.1). The laptop it will be used on is a hp Presario c751nr. I saw most are usb 2.0 but I've heard 2.0 is also usable in 1.0.
That makes sense, why use a software meant for a slow 32 bit processer when you can run something that is meant for 64 bit which usually gives better stability and speed
