I am going to do a clean install over vista on A. And it would be easier to just upgrade B What I am trying to do is use B's win8 and win7 license on 2 different machines as a path to getting 2 win10 licenses for use on A and B

One more quick question... To make life easier could I just boot windows 7, start the upgrade, use the bootable media option, grab the win10 license key, install on the other laptop :) (rather than messing around swapping keys and using my old win7 install instead of my current win8 install)

google didnt tell me i added space to windows 8 twice before, first time it only let me do it so there was like 38GB free on vista would it be worth trying to bring it back to the same size as before, i remember the size of vista drive... said 108.2GB in my computer
