Yeah I tried reinstalling the drivers for my mp287..checked other USB ports too.. No luck..

Yeah.. But these ps2 devices worked earlier with Windows 8 on a ps2 port and I'm still wondering why now it shows this strange behavior..

Yeah.. USB will work.. But I'm still trying to figure out what could be the issue here.. It works after i disconnect and plug in again and after that if I reboot my computer immediately, then it works too but if I shut it down today and tomorrow if I start my pc, it doesn't work..!!

I tried it.. But no use..

I have windows 8, and the mouse pointer doesnt move after the windows boots up.. But it works after i disconnect it and replug it.. Pls help.. It so annoying
