a bios password has two options, user - then the kids wont be able to turn on the computer when its off system - wont stop the f8 menu and the system reset

but it does remove non microsoft software. if they hit f8 when booting they dont need a password to get into the computer.

the problem isnt getting the monitoring software back on but what goes on until i get it back on. it has become too easy for the kids to circumvent parental controls on a computer. does refreshing also wipe family settings on child accounts?
