Attached SF zip file as requested in your post notes. Hope someone can fix this soon .. system takes 5 minutes to boot up and still get BSOD even after updating Intel RST drivers and disabling power options.

I'm using a ASUS S56CA ultrabook which runs VERY SLOWLY (takes 5+ minutes to boot up)!
OS is Windows 8.1 with ALL the latest Windows Updates installed.
I get the BSOD error "Driver_Power_State_Failure" usually when trying to enter sleep mode or using the Instant ON feature from ASUS ...
