Hello, I was able to see it is explorer which causes the problem. In task manager I did stop explorer, afterwards did add task explorer.exe and same problem again. I will try to get sfc scan to run.

I have windows 8.1 and from the beginning it has a problem that after startup is complete and I get my homescreen it does stay in a loop. Please have a look at video to see it. who knows the answer to this? I did install classic windows, and this seem to work for some time, but after updates...
