    Your Security Settings Do Not Allow This File To Be Downlo

    I've just done a fresh install of windows 8.1 onto my new SSD, everything was running fine I downloaded my drivers etc then installed ESET Antivirus and rebooted. Tried downloading more stuff and now it won't let me! I've even un-installed ESET incase that was causing it and the error still...
