It doesn't. I'm running it right now. I disabled both hidden file options, and nothing is there. Just for good measure, I tried accessing it through command line, and it doesn't exist.

I used option 1, and it never created a Download folder. Maybe there was an update to mediacreationtool.exe

Sort of. Isn't that tied to the product key you use? I want to be able to run an update disc on multiple computers, including OEM installs.

I repair people's computers, and sometimes I need to update them from 8 to 8.1. I hate downloading 3.6GB every time though. Is it possible to make an update disc, or something similar?

It didn't make the customize menu appear, but I've got a context menu now that allows me to modify tiles. Thanks so much guys. :D

When I right-click on something on the Start Screen, the customize menu doesn't appear. One day it just stopped appearing, and I don't know why. It's the same if I want to pin something to it from the page with All Apps. I've uploaded a screenshot where I right-clicked on the "Food & Drink"...
