I missed the same feature. I used TouchMe Gesture Studio (TouchMe Gesture Studio app for Windows in the Windows Store) and mapped 2 Finger Tip Tap Right to CTRL-Home - this shortcut scrolls to top of page. And 2 Finger Tip Tap Left to CRTL-End to scroll to bottom.
