Hi guys, i think i have found how to fix this issue. Just go to the AppData folder, open Temp folder and delete AMD and ATI folders. Also, go to roaming folder (under appdata folder) and delete ATI folder. There you go!! P.S. I know, its a late response, but i was searching for ages to fix this...
