Process Laso you can nuke this...won't afaik uninstall it but it can/will disable/stop it from running. At least thats what I have done and theres no icon in the notification area and it's not listed any longer as a running process which suits me because I have zero interest in storing anything...

I have Skydrive permanently shut down. Don't use it anyway so I nuked it period :)
