I am having issues saving the event viewer using the format asked. I was able to do it text format.. Hope it works

I am really not sure whats happening here. System work fine, but suddenly a complete stuck happen and I have to manually restart, or system brings blue screen and reboot. Attached the required files. Thanks alot
