Then does anyone know where I can get a Official unmodified Microsoft Windows 8.0 install ISO so I do not have to get the OEM recovery discs from the manufacturer?

So the hard drive on my computer failed. I do not have the product key for this computer and can not get it of the failing hard drive because it does not power up at all. But the computer does have the built in product key in the bios. Is there a way that I can re install windows 8 on this...
