I followed all the way to the keyboard properties and I can't find a power management tab anywhere. Could be something to do with the fact it's a built in keyboard on my notebook. I'll have a nose around the control panel and do some googling.

I have BOINC running on my laptop, (Google it if need be, but it is non-essential to this post) and it came with a screensaver that shows information on projects I am running etc etc. Some of the things that come up have keyboard controls to navigate through different areas on a certain project...
