I KNEW IT!!!! I was thinking it was a glitch from their OneDrive client for Windows 8.1 or that was a matter of luck for me, but then I read this article and confirmed it. I was able to upload 3 videos to OneDrive larger than 2GB file size limit (one of them is about 3.2GB) since Thursday night...

Probably the ISO file you downloaded was corrupted or the DVD is damaged and it cannot read properly, because it seems you can run Windows 8.1 Update just fine and the installation should be smooth. My thought is that maybe you cannot get past that screen because of those issues! Hope this...
