Legacy is the same as non UEFI isn't it? Hopefully legacy mode is non UEFI so I can dual boot Windows and Linux, I am pretty sure that UEFI can be turned off in Windows 8.

Thanks for the reply, if I get this Motherboard can I turn on legacy mode on and disable UEFI Bios and turn off Windows 8 UEFI through advanced settings? Then could I be able to dual boot Arch Linux, Debian, etc. or only certain distros such as later versions of Ubuntu?

Yeah the Windows Search / Search Icon wasn't inside the services.msc so I just did a clean install, only took 10mins to get Windows 8 set-up then I just downloaded Windows 8.1 and it was finished installing by the time I woke up.

When I ran the .exe (after I unblocked it) it just closed without doing anything, this happens to me aswell when I try to launch PC Settings from the charms bar :/ I think I may have to reinstall.
