Thanks, Shawn. FYI, the problem was diagnosed, but there were no suggestions listed below it. ??? Problem solved itself later while I was talking with a Windows tech--all but one of the x's removed itself, and we uninstalled the last one and re-installed it. Had to have been a Windows glitch. TY
