I didn't mean that I needed to do a defrag. My computer freezes if I right click it in the search menu. Sorry if that's a bit vague. If I were to right click on Defrag here, my computer would freeze and I would have to manually power it off with the power button.

Yes, that's the only one that crashes.

My computer freezes when I right click on Defrag from the search menu. When trying to open it, nothing happens. I am able to get to defrag from the control panel.
