    Endless loop while updating to 8.1

    Windows 8 (not Pro) New ASUS laptop. Logged into MS account. 8.1 downloads to 51%, starts the install, then quits and goes back to the download. Over and over. I've installed all win updates, un-installed MalwareBytes and SpyBot 2014. Any advice appreciated.
