    I get that but with OEM_DM channel in description and product key channel but it's activated, licensed, rearm count 999, SKU 1001, etc. I'm going to try the patch now, I'll let you know. EDIT: It didn't work :(

    Thanks, I will try that tomorrow. That patch was originally addressed to a different problem (people who upgraded from W7 to W8 and then 8.1) but it MAY work. I'll test it on Monday (it's my work laptop that has the problem) and let you guys know.

    Hello, The OS is the final version, it boots with the Windows 8 logo and in computer properties it says it's activated (just like the screenshots of the guy who opened the thread). I'm pretty sure the OS will work fine. It's only a cosmetical issue but the OS it's legit so it shouldn't be there...
