not working my2cents... what is the problem with my laptop..:mad:

tried hovering everywhere.. still nothing:cry: same result in ie [10].

when i put that in chrome, i get the first screenshot i posted...

its no there there is nothing like that in win 8 store... u saw my 1st screenshot,right?

reply i tried what mikeytg suggested and it dint work:The update is already installed.. where's optional downloads in store?

here it is.. laptop model- hp pavillion sleekbook os -win 8 pro

:mad: my hp laptop is running 8 pro right now and i cannot find the 8.1 update in store even though all the updates are installed... i have included a screenshot of store.
